The project aimed to ensure maximum protection for the main entrance of a private residence in the heart of Milan, combining certified security with an elegant and minimalist aesthetic.
The highest safety standards walk hand in hand with contemporary, elegant and minimalist aesthetics in this valuable private residence in Milan: a modern-style villa that has chosen the exclusive and easily recognizable Invisio Plus by GINKO as its entrance door.
Invisio Plus is the modern style burglar-proof door designed to be the natural evolution of the Invisio series, a system that transformed the construction logic of armored doors. The door’s structure includes a welded aluminum skeleton and anti-unhinging steel plates to combine safety, innovation and advanced technology without sacrificing the functional performance ensured by the excellent thermal insulation qualities.
For this project in Milan, the Invisio Plus armored door has the goal of adequately protecting the entrance to the residence while simultaneously contributing to the top-of-the-range aesthetics of the building. Entirely customized, it features a unique aluminum panel and refined finishes that give the surface a slatted effect.
GINKO took care of the customization of Invisio Plus with the utmost attention and in every detail, thanks to the tailor-made finish for the profiles and the WRINKLED RAL 7047 shade panel requested explicitly by the client. The concealed hinges, equipped with a limit switch and ABS brake, add further sophistication to the overall design.
The focus on the lock and integrated handle, both with an exclusive GINKO design, was critical in this creation, as these components represent the technological heart of the Invisio Plus burglar-proof door. The electromechanical lock allows access via fingerprint, numeric keypad, or control via app, with the possibility of mechanically opening it using a key. A significant benefit of the electromechanical lock is automatic resetting, which ensures that the door is always safe whenever it is closed, without the need to turn the key.
The handle, integrated and customizable with the same finish as the panels and profiles, can be positioned both horizontally and vertically, adapting to the aesthetic and functional needs of the client.

The project involved an enchanting vintage villa nestled in the Brescia hills, the subject of a complete renovation aimed at a contemporary and refined design. The choice fell on the Ikona security windows, here covered in corten-effect to frame the large windows and on the burglar-proof doors of the Invisio range, combined with the finely restored existing doors.
